Black Tangerine Terms and Conditions
We will only contract for the sale and supply of goods under these Terms and Conditions and they will form part of the contract between us.
When you place an order through our Website you will receive an automated email acknowledgement of our receipt of your order. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Orders will only be accepted and processed when full authorisation of payment has been made and verified by us, whereupon you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The confirmation email will detail all of the goods you have ordered, the delivery method to be used and all relevant costs. We reserve the right to accept or reject any potential order.
All items ordered are subject to availability. In the event that the goods you have ordered are not available we will inform you as soon practically possible and offer you an alternative or a full refund.
Prices and Currency
All prices quoted on our Website include UK Value Added Tax but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will depend upon the items ordered and will be detailed on the checkout page prior to final ordering.
Prices on our Website are quoted in GBP (Great British Pounds) or Euros.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment online by credit or debit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque or any other means.
Goods will be despatched via Royal Mail standard delivery unless you have opted to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
Special Delivery: Next Day before 1pm. (Orders must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered on the following day.)
If you believe that your expected delivery may be late, please call us or email us as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods. You must give us notice of your cancellation in writing (email is acceptable) within this period and return the goods to us in the original packaging at your cost. Once we have received the items in good order we will refund all monies paid to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge for any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the goods.
In the unlikely event that any of the goods you receive are damaged or defective, you should email us within 7 working days of your receipt of the items to arrange for their return. We cannot accept responsibility beyond the 7 day period. Upon receipt of items returned as defective we will arrange an exchange or a full refund. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of pierced earrings.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for returned items. We cannot accept responsibility for items reported as lost in transit.
These terms and conditions, together with your order and payment and the delivery of the goods that you order, form the basis of a contract under English Law between you the customer and Black Tangerine.
Your statutory rights under English Law are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
